Ingredients:
- 1 ½ of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- ¼ tsp of chili flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp of ginger
- 1 tbsp of garlic
- ½ cup of Tea Zone Orange Purée
- ¼ cup of vinegar
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of water
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
Directions:
- Heat up a pan.
- Cook vegetable oil and add chili flakes, ginger, salt, and garlic. Mix well.
- Add TeaZone Orange Purée. Stir well.
- Pour in vinegar. Stir well.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix water and cornstarch together. In small increments, add the water and cornstarch mixture into the pan.
- Stir the mixture till sauce thickens.
- Add in the cook chicken pieces and mix well till each piece of chicken is covered. Serve.
