According to the latest state laws across the nation, You may be charged sales tax with ONLINE orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all tax fees will be reflected at check-out. please make any necessary changes before completing your order. A refund for the tax amount will not be qualified if the order is placed prior to submitting the reseller's permit. once done please email to helpdesk@lollicupstore.com, so we can request an update of your status, it may takes up to 3-5 business days.

Please note that all forms of payment submitted are subject to review and verification. Any order with unconfirmed or unverified payer status or partially confirmed billing address is subject to further verification by our customer service department. If a customer has failed to respond within three (3) business days, the order will be canceled. If an order is placed with the incorrect security code or no address verification, the order will be canceled immediately. In the event that LollicupStore.com suspects unauthorized fraud or illegal activity, the order will be canceled.
