Seller (Lollicupstore) is a U.S-based company and does not support exportation through E-Commerce. Under certain circumstances, Seller may provide Buyer certain export documentation such as Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, or Certificate of Free Sales. Buyer should submit their request to Seller before the purchase is completed, and such request would be considered on a case-by-case basis. If Seller’s business team was involved to obtain such documentation, there will be a $75/service fee for up to 10 items.

If a customer purchases our products and exports to other countries, please note we do not provide or distribute any supporting documentation. For invoices or purchase receipts, you will have to retrieve them via your order history.
Currently, we do not accept any international credit cards or ship to any country other than the United States.
Within the United States, we only ship to the 48 conterminous United States.
