How to Apply for Sales Tax Exemption

To request sales tax exemption please login into your Lollicupstore.com account and follow the instructions below. Please note: If your business or organization is requesting sales tax exemption, Sales Tax Exemption Steps A & B MUST be completed and Approved before placing your order. A tax refund will not be provided.

Step A Sales Tax: Sales Tax Certificate

1. Select the State where you're claiming a sales tax exemption. *
2. Enter your Tax Information.
3. (a). Select your reason for exemption. (b). Click the categories that fit the types of items-to-be-purchased for sales tax exemption.
4. Upload a copy of your Government issued Resale Permit/Certificate

Step B Sales Tax: Exemption Form

1. Please download and fill out the Lollicup Sales Tax Exemption Form. 
2. Upload the completed copy to the "File Upload" field
