How to Apply for Sales Tax Exemption

To request Sales Tax Exemption, please log in to your LollicupStore.com account and follow the steps outlined below.

Important: If your business or organization is applying for sales tax exemption, Sales Tax Certificate & Exemption Form MUST be completed and Approved before placing your order. We are unable to issue tax refunds for orders placed before the exemption is approved.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax Certificate

1. Select the State where you're claiming a sales tax exemption. *
2. Enter your Tax Information.
3. (a). Select your reason for exemption. (b). Click the categories that fit the types of items-to-be-purchased for sales tax exemption.
4. Upload a copy of your Government issued Resale Permit/Certificate, if asked.

Lollicup Sales Tax Exemption Form

1. Please download and fill out the Lollicup Sales Tax Exemption Form. 
2. Go to Certificates Status to upload the Exemption Form and check your status.
