Clear your cache/cookies on your web browser and non-app mobile browser found on the top right of your page under History in the last month. For the APP, check to make sure it is the most updated via the Playstore or iOS version.
After this step, log out and log back in your account, which can be found under your account on browser, mobile browser, and APP.
Lastly, please make sure at the checkout page to use the shipping carrier's defaulted address if the address you manually input is not working. This should fix the address identifier.
