Shipment issues and order returns

“Please inspect your order carefully, Lollicup™ will not be responsible for damaged/missing item(s) once the order is CONFIRMED with a signature. We will NOT be accepting returns or exchanges from overstock or ordering the wrong item(s) on PPE items and/or short-dated food products. A 20% restocking fee applies for item(s) returned within 15 days from purchase. No refund/exchange is allowed after 15 days. Certain items are excluded from being refunded/exchanged at all. A $20 fee applies per bounced check; and 2% finance fee to past due balances.”

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.). In order to qualify for an RMA No., the merchandise must be unopened and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. The returned merchandise must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in its original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and LollicupStore.com is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. Once an RMA No. has been issued, the merchandise must be received in our offices within 30 days. LollicupStore.com reserves the right to refuse any returns, not the following protocol.

For any small parcel that is unable to deliver by the carrier or order recipient refuse shipment causes the product to return to the shipper, we will charge shipping fee $10 per case + 10% restocking fee towards the order deducted from the total refund.

To return a product, please fill out the return form to request an RMA Number. We do not offer any exchange option at this time.

To return a DEFECTIVE product, please fill out the return form and specify that the return is due to defect and be prepared to provide a description and photos of the defect. The claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

LollicupStore.com we guarantee our product specifications and stands based on KARAT brand only. We are not responsible for orders placed outside of this website or products received from orders placed outside of this website. We will not accept any claims or returns for any items that do not have a valid LollicupStore order number.
