All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.). In order to qualify for an RMA No., the merchandise must be unopened and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. The returned merchandise must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in its original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and LollicupStore.com is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. Once an RMA No. has been issued, the merchandise must be received in our offices within 30 days. LollicupStore.com reserves the right to refuse any returns, not the following protocol.
To return a product, please fill out the return form to request an RMA Number. We do not offer any exchange option at this time.
To return a DEFECTIVE product, please fill out the return form and specify that the return is due to defect and be prepared to provide a description and photos of the defect.
LollicupStore.com is not responsible for orders placed outside of this website or products received from orders placed outside of this website. We will not accept any claims or returns for any items that do not have a valid LollicupStore.com order number.
Please review your order carefully. Lollicup USA, Inc. (“Lollicup”) is not liable for any inaccurate, damaged, or missing item(s) once the order is delivered to, and signed for, by customer. Any claims for inaccurate, damaged or missing product(s) will be rejected unless the inaccurate, damaged or missing product(s) was/were identified in writing by the customer at the time of delivery. Lollicup processes and ships orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If any portion of the customer’s order is unavailable after the order is placed, the unavailable portion of the order will be cancelled. The available portion of the order, if any, will be processed and shipped by Lollicup unless the customer cancels the partial shipment in writing. Lollicup will not be responsible for any freight charges, fees or other shipping and handling costs associated with backorders or short-shipments. Lollicup has a limited return policy. Certain items are not subject to refund or exchange including, but not limited to, overstock items, personal protective equipment (PPE), short-dated food products from Clearance Sale/Final Sale, items incorrectly ordered by the customer, and custom print orders. For items that can be returned, the item must be returned to Lollicup within thirty (30) days from delivery and the customer is subject to a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original price of the item(s) being returned. Lollicup does not accept any refunds or exchanges on any items beyond thirty (30) days from delivery. Lollicup will assess a Twenty Dollar ($20) fee per bounced check and/or ACH transaction resulting in insufficient funds. Lollicup also will assess a two percent (2%) finance charge, per month, to all past due balances until paid in full. Any dispute involving this Sales Order or the performance of it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of California. The venue for any such dispute shall be the California Superior Court in San Bernardino County. The prevailing party in any legal dispute involving this Sales Order or the performance of it shall be entitled, in addition to such other relief as may be granted, to be reimbursed by the non-prevailing party for all costs and expenses incurred thereby, including reasonable attorney fees.
