Storage: Do not store products in the kitchen area due to humidity. Always store unopened products in a cool, dry area.
Items not requiring refrigeration: Tightly seal after opening, and always use a clean, dry scoop every time you are using the product.
Frozen items: View storage info on the product’s listing page under the ‘Specifications’ tab next to the product images.
The following Tea Zone products require refrigeration after opening:
- Canned Toppings (Canned beans should be removed into a plastic container)
- Fruit Concentrates
- Jellies
- Mochi
- Popping Pearls
- Black Sesame Powder
Tea Zone pump care:
Although not necessary, we recommend the pump opening is covered to protect product from mold and insects. This can easily be done with plastic wrap. We do not suggest washing the pumps and reusing them for different flavors, as it can cause flavor transfer. When reusing a pump, use it on the same flavor so there is not differing flavor transfer. If you notice contamination or spoilage on the pumps, dispose immediately and replace them with a new pump and product.
