If an item is discontinued, deactivated, or currently unavailable, it means we no longer carry these items. Items listed as ‘Sold Out’ means we may or may not plan on restocking. If we do not plan on restocking, the item will be removed from the website. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, a customer service representative will email or call you to inform you that your product is not available, and we will issue you a credit or refund the product value. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. We will credit your account within 10-14 business days. This will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
